Ingleside Retirement Apartments Pricing Structure

Ingleside has been a subsidized facility since opening in 1975 and works to provide affordable housing to seniors. If residents financially qualify, they can receive assistance through HUD for the price of rent. Residents that do not financially qualify will be charged the market rate determined by the federal government.

TOTAL

Total x 30% = Rent or the maximum rate. You pay whichever is lowest

Ingleside Retirement Apartment Maximum Rates

Effective 1 January 2008

1 room apartment (1 person)Rent $700 + Services $644 = $1344 per month
2 room apartment (1 person)Rent $907 + Services $959 = $1866 per month
2 room apartment (2 people)Rent $907 + Services $1167 = $2074 per month
3 room apartment (2 people)Rent $1607 + Services $1280 = $2887 per month

Maximum monthly charges apply for the following income levels:

One person, One room$25,250 or more yearly
One person, Two rooms$28,650 or more yearly
Couple, Two rooms $28,850 or more yearly
