Within the common areas, residents can enjoy our library (stocked with large print books, games, cards, puzzles, and other activities), internet computer stations, Wii Bowling lanes, fully furnished lounge and outdoor patio, a full-service beauty salon, and laundry facilities.
Seniors will enjoy the peace of mind of twenty-four hour in-house security. In addition to on-site video monitoring and security guards, each senior is provided with a Lifeline pendant which connects directly to the front desk, in case of accident or emergency.
In the social setting of the Ingleside dining room, each resident enjoys restaurant-style dining provided as
three, well-balanced meals daily. Guests are welcome to join our seniors in the dining room for a nominal fee. When residents are not able to visit the dining room, we provide in-room meals for a small delivery fee.
As a part of the monthly service fee, our housekeeping service provides cleaning and sanitation of all apartment and bathroom facilities on site on a weekly basis. In addition, our on-site maintenance staff performs preventative and as-needed repairs, and upgrades to ensure that senior apartments are always at their best.
Off-site transportation, by Ingleside Homes transportation services, is available for seniors who need to get to a medical appointment or want to visit the local shops.
Our professional nursing staff is available eight hours a day, Monday through Friday, as well as 4 hours a day, on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Our staff members are trained to work as liaisons between residents, family members and doctors’ offices to ensure residents receive the best care possible. Staff is also available to schedule medical transportation.
A weekly calendar is provided to each resident showing the schedule of available activities. These include fitness, educational opportunities, special programs, trips, our Wii Bowling league, and more! Many of our events take place in the auditorium of the Downs Cultural Center.
We have full-time Resident Services Coordinators on site.
